Conclusion of the Study
This section is purely based on the editor views and the propose of this section of comments does not meant for Condemn to any living, non-living entity or establishment.
In my views if any error occur after the final result has been declared must be treated a mistake and the mistake has been done by the most important agency of the India. Any mistake happens by these agencies which are engaged to select the suitable candidate for the government establishments creates doubt on their transparency. Any change in the category status of a candidate is also a great mistake because the system of the agency is like this that the candidate registration or apply is totally online and the personal details are filled by the candidate himself and the system generates automatically a unique registration number to each of the candidate for each examination process conducted by the agency.
I don’t know what is the procedure adopted by the agency but in my views it should be like this, once the registration number is generated then all the details of the candidate can be fetched by their registration number. (for example issuance of admit card including generate Roll Numbers, preparation of category wise list of qualified and non-qualified candidate, category wise list of candidate applied, appeared for exam and qualified in the exam. and there is no chance of mistake in any manner.
But a good practice has been adopted by the agency to published the complete result of the candidate appeared for the exam and also provide the right to the candidate to give representation if any error found in the published result. This time that right had made true to fulfill the dream of new twenty six candidate, when they declared qualified from the list of candidates who were non-qualified. If the procedure is not to be adopted to published the entire result then it was impossible to make possible.
In short, any type of single mistake should not be expected from this type of institution which is involved in the field of recruitment through the open competitive exam. Any single mistake harm the integrity of the transparencies of the recruitment process.
